Everyone is so likeminded and never struggle offering a healing hand. I'd suggest this opportunity to anyone looking for a fulfilling and challenging experience.
Cons
Not all days are sunshine and roses, but no job is.
Advice to Management
Over all it's a great company!

Pros
Huge learning opportunities, both job related and in terms of personal growth. Incredible networking opportunities - rub shoulders with very influential people at events. Trampoline to future opportunities through this network. Generally good team spirit, young team mates and a fun-loving culture after hours. Excellent for people with no experience as there is a lot of training on the job.
Cons
High stress levels and inadequately short timelines sometimes. Bullying in other departments - "if you don't get a deal, you don't get to go on holiday". No consideration of feedback on ongoing projects, ignorance of industry or regional specifics that make applying the "model" or "pitch" impossible. Business trips and promotions happen last minute but you are not given any time to consider them - it's a "yes or no

Interview
Assessment day.
Introduction to the company. Explained that there is no need for experience in the production of Conferences.
First interview.
An hour to complete a project. In reality it was less than an hour to complete the project (Create a Conference Agenda) with a great amount of papers to read
Second interview. More details about the project. They wanted to understand the way you think but they asked many specific questions for someone…  with no experience on this industry.
